Countdown Correction!

This is a short post to point out that the DELIRIUM countdown widget has now been corrected! Thanks goodness! Yesterday it said that there were 39 days until DELIRIUM'S release but I have great news: THAT WAS A BIG FAT LIE.

In fact, you only have to wait 27 days until DELIRIUM hits a bookshelf near you!! Woot woot!

But for one of you, the wait will be even shorter...the first person to reply to this post and guess why 27 is my favorite number will win a copy of the UK ARC of DELIRIUM!!

Spread the word, and make your guess!

Lol. Okay, I don't think so my answer is right. Probably not. But I'm super looking forward to your book, and YOU KNOW IT. I believe it will be as sucessful as BIF. :)

there are 27 characters on Before I Fall, the age you are now and the number of days remaining for Delirium to come out.

also, the number of times I'm hoping to get this book.

Wow...that's a hard one. Seems like most of your BIG events, news, and posts happen in the media on the 27th as well. Hmmm...my guess...
the number of times your first book was rejected before that one special acceptance letter. (Though I can't imagine why since the book was REALLY good...)

Did the publisher buy DELIRIUM when you were 27?

Because you got the idea for DELIRIUM on the 27th?

Lissa said...

Okay, probaby because you wrote 27 chapters of goodness!?

Hmmm. This could be a trick! Maybe 27 isn't really your favorite number?! It could be a disguise. So I'll just go off the beaten path and say your real favorite number is 9! Since 2+7 is 9. lol. Hooray for my terrific math skills. :D In all seriousness, I can't wait to read Delirium!

Well, I feel like it's harder than because Delirium's out in 27 days, and I feel like it's not the day you were married or the day you were born, is it the day you the got the deal on your book??? :D Just totally guessing here!

Every good idea I had was already taken ):
I really think that it might be the age when your first book was published, pretty sure you're 28 right now?
As for my own random guess, I'm going to guess that you really like the numbers 2 and 7, couldnt decide which you liked better and put them together to make 27.
Anyway, I find this whole post kind of funny because my favorite number is 27 too! Weird!

I just finished to read Before I fall, which I loved. I'm afraid to pick up Delirium now, as I might be upset it won't stand up against your first one. Fingers crossed it'll prove me wrong!
